Crystal Lopez, NCLEC

Crystal devotes most of her free time to her young twin daughters. When she is not busy being a mommy, she loves to read. Family is incredibly important to her so working in a pediatric setting and being able to help other families brings her great joy. Crystal has worked for Pediatric Eye Specialists for five years and is excited to start a new career with Special Eyes Optical. She will work primarily in the Fort Worth office, assisting families with contacts and other online orders.

Cynthia Cedillo
Cynthia believes wearing glasses should be fun for children because as a child, she grew up wearing glasses, too. She strives for fun and positive interactions through patient-centered service and by helping each family find the perfect frames. Also a mother, Cynthia spends her free time with family and cheering on her husband’s Keller Youth Association football team.

Erica Duran Gonzalez
Erica was inspired to join the optical industry when her child began wearing glasses and she experienced the value of personalized vision care firsthand. After transferring from Pediatric Eye Specialists, she is looking forward to assisting clients at SpecialEyes Optical in Fort Worth. In addition to her passion for eye care and working with children, Erica loves to dance and travel.

Teresa Avila-Murguia
After working five years for Pediatric Eye Specialists and being a longtime glasses wearer herself, Teresa jumped at the chance to move to the retail side of the business with SpecialEyes Optical when the opportunity arose. She is very familiar with life as a young patient having worn glasses and had strabismus surgery as a child. Teresa enjoys working with these patients, finding the perfect pair of frames for each. When not in the office she spends time as a professional soccer mom cheering on her son.
